I’ve called these shots ‘spring of deception’ because, somehow, we’re in late April and it’s still bitterly cold. Something about a jet stream bringing winds from the arctic. Anyway, it’s been some months since I got out and took some photos (November last year, was the last time). I’ve waited for it to get warmer but it’s taking too long, so I figured maybe it was OK enough to venture out. I managed to get a few good shots here and there, but I’m feeling like I need to shake the winter rust off and get ‘match fit’ again.
